Hi, I'm Giovanni
I'm a systems engineer in New York. By day I build and run the e-commerce platform behind LR Paris's client shops — the storefronts, the admin tooling, and the servers underneath. I studied Computer Engineering at Drexel with a minor in Product Design, which is probably why I can't leave either half of a product alone.
The rest of my time goes to building things. About thirty apps for the Light Phone III, a home server named after my cat, cameras of varying seriousness, and small AI agents that do my chores. Two of my ideas in AI-powered health monitoring are now granted US patents, which still sounds strange to say.
I like taking things the whole way — circuit, software, enclosure, writeup. The blog has the writeups.
